Payment Terms
By subscribing to our Shopify Experts Plan, you agree to a monthly fee of €319, which grants you 4 hours of Shopify-related development services each month. These hours can be used for any work related to your requests.
Unused hours may be rolled over once to the following month. If hours remain unused for two consecutive months, they will be forfeited. Each new billing cycle will add 4 fresh hours as long as your subscription remains active.
If your needs exceed the included 4 hours in a given month, additional time will be billed at €80 per hour. All subscription payments are non-refundable. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
